Die letzten paar Alben, die ich beschrieben habe, gehörten eher zu den älteren Exemplaren. Kehren wir nun wieder zu den aktuellen Erscheinungen zurück.
Erst gestern eingetroffen: J.P. Illusion - Return to Zero. Wieder einmal ein ganz besonderes Album, welches nun kurz vorgestellt wird.
Oben habt ihr ja schon einige Infos lesen können. Nun noch eine eigene Bewertung.
Bei J.P. Illusion - Return to Zero handelt es sich nicht um Trance. Die Musik ist in die Genre Dub, Ambient und Psydub einzuordnen.
Psychodelische Sounds, ambiente Rhythmen und gelassene Beats bilden eine angenehme Musikmischung. Die Musik orientiert sich teilweise an Ott, Capsula, Slackbaba und der Gleichen.
Einige Titel sind ruhig und angenehm zu hören. Andere wiederum klingen exotisch und teilweise mystisch. So zum Beispiel Nummer fünf, dessen klanglich interessante Musik von einer fremdartig anmutenden Stimme begleitet wird.
Besonders schön sind Titel eins und sechs.
Natürlich gibt es auch Stücke wie 2, 4, 8 und 12, die besonders auf Dub-Partys ein Kracher wären. Man sollte es herausfinden! ;-)
Das Cover ist einfach aber dennoch schön gestalltet. Eine Küstenkulisse mit Sonnenuntergang lässt uns zusammen mit der Musik dahinschweben.
Bisher ist es das einzige und erste Album von John Panagoulias.
J.P. Illusion - Return to Zero ist ein gelungenes Album und John hat sich durchaus viel Mühe gegeben.

Young talented producer from Ibiza, Isaak HYPNOTIZER presents his first album, to be released beginning of 2008 by Space Tepee Music (www.myspace.com/spacetepeemusic).
Appearing on several compilations such as "Kumharas Ibiza", "Tibet, a culture un danger"..., Isaak produces an original creative psychedelic sound, working on an ethnic rhythmed ambient side.
Since the age of 17 (1997), he has been resident as an ambient DJ in the well-known bar Kumharas (Ibiza, www.kumharas.org). He plays an original and creative ambient and chillout, magic sessions to watch the sunset...He has played along with artists such as Pathaan, Loic (Total Eclipse), Elea, Lennart (Ibizarre).....
He began to play with DAT tapes in the Ibiza psytrance free parties and has played also in all the Ibiza places along with artists such as Absolum (3dvisionrecords), Celli (spunrecords), Serge Souque, Dado, Dimitri DKN, Neuromotor, Skazi, Raja Ram, Hyper Frequencies, Digital Talk, Shakta, GMS, CPU....

Es wird wieder spannend in der Musik. Nun möchte ich mich um eines meiner ersten Erungenschaften kümmern: Isaak Hypnotizer - 1 Freedom. Hierbei handelt es sich um Chill-Out-Trance bzw. Psydub und Downbeat.
Isaak trat bereits auf verschiedenen Trance-Festivals auf. Berühmt wurde er durch die Auftritte beim Kumharas (Ibiza).
Seit dem Alter von 17 Jahren gibt sich der Künstler der ambienten Musik hin. Im Laufe seiner musikalischen Karriere arbeitete er mit verschiedenen Künstlern zusammen. Zu ihnen gehörten Pathaan, Loic, Elea, Lennart und vielen andere.
Die Musik ist von verschiedenen, klanglichen Mitteln gekennzeichnet. Besonders aufällig sind die psychodelischen Sequenzen sowie Klänge, die oft sehr melodisch, ausgefallen und teilweise hypnotisierend wirken. In vielen Liedern begleiten ruhige Vocals die Musik.
Alle Titel sind hervorragend zum relaxen und entspannen geeignet. Ich jedenfalls schlafe ziehmlich schnell ein, wenn ich diese Musik höre. Verrückt!
Isaak Hypnotizer ist vergleichbar mit Ott, Capsula, Kukan Dub Lagan und Slackbaba.
Diese CD darf in solch einer Sammlung auf jeden Fall nicht fehlen.
Das Cover ist, gleich der Musik, sehr abstrakt und strahlt eine psychodelische Wirkung auf den Betrachter aus.
